A $100 non-refundable fee is required to confirm your reservation. It does not include the kitchenette.

The kitchenette can be reserved separately for:

• An additional $100 non-refundable fee
• A $200 refundable security deposit (if left clean and undamaged)

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis for Lawrence Township and Canal Fulton residents only.
