Terms and Conditions

Security Deposit: $200.00 (CASH ONLY) due at the time the key is picked up.

The key must be picked up by 4:00 pm on Thursday, as the office closes for the weekend at that time. The key must be returned directly after your gathering by using the drop box located by the front door of the Administration Building.

A township employee will inspect the kitchenette within 2 business days of the rental to determine whether the entire deposit or a partial refund will be issued.

Maintenance and Repairs:

a. The person renting the kitchenette is responsible for keeping it clean and in good condition.

b. Any damage caused by the renter’s negligence will be repaired at the renter’s expense.

Termination:

Once the rental fee is paid, the reservation is non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable after the event, provided the kitchenette is left in the same condition it was found. If the kitchenette isn’t left in the condition it was found, the amount withheld will be based on the length of time it takes our personnel to clean the kitchenette.
